I have a new house in Yorktown, VA!
After 13 years at my old place, I got tired of the hours I spent on the road daily. I traded up to a nicer house that is 2 miles from my office. From hours on the road to 5 minutes, nice. Since I changed jobs to one that takes much more of my time, this gave me the extra time I needed. Not to mention, my new house is much nicer!

This is my old house in Norfolk, VA, which I finally sold just before Covid-19 shut things down.

Here is the list I had done to the money pit;
- New siding
- New roof on house and garage
- New fence
- New concrete driveway, patio, & back steps
- New fence
- Landscaping
- Redo bathroom
- Redo master bedroom
- New windows
- New garage doors (drive in & walk in)
- New access hatches for crawlspaces
- New HVAC with natural gas heat
- Much plumbing piping & water heater replaced
- New hardwood floors on 1st floor
